Lichfield Computer Centre Ltd. officially opened its doors in January 2006.
Nestled between two period buildings, next to the former Regal Cinema on Tamworth Street, we specialise in computer & laptop repairs, refurbished systems and build custom new systems to suit your exact requirements.
Our small product lines are constantly updated with stock including ink cartridges, paper and a wide variety of accessories. We also have everything from routers, access points, powerline adapters to CAT6 ethernet cable and other display connections.
If you want to drive to us you’re able to park in one of the limited 30 minute bays down Tamworth St or the two bays on Lombard St. Otherwise, there’s ample pay & display parking located at the top of the hill by Lee Garden, and behind us on Lombard St upper and lower car park. We’re close to Tamworth, Burntwood & Sutton Coldfield.
In-house repairs are normally completed within 24-48 hours (subject to stock & parts availability) and we offer a unique 30 day software warranty on all software repair work. All new hardware, laptops and desktop PCs come with a full 12 months warranty, and our excellent refurbished computers & laptops come with a 3 month RTB hardware warranty – with our follow-up support you have all the peace of mind you need.
We also have a full callout service for both personal consumers and small to medium businesses. PC and network (wireless and wired) repairs, software issue solutions and CCTV consultations can be done onsite.
Our team consists of Store Manager Nick, Technician/Callout Engineer Zach and Director Chris, between us we have over 20 years of hands-on service at the store and many more years’ worth of previous experience.
Nick’s Border Terrier Ruby joined the team in 2018 and has become a firm favourite with our regular customers. Primarily based in the workshop and taking up the Customer Experience role – she’s on hand for anyone wanting to give her strokes to calm those computer-related frustrations.
We often get asked if Burntwood Computer Centre are a sister company – they’re not, but it doesn’t hurt to have a bit of friendly local competition! Get in touch if there’s a quote or estimate you’d like us to attempt to beat.
Whatever the problem, big or small, we can help. Simply bring your broken, damaged or badly-behaved laptop or computer to us and we'll do the rest! We usually have a quote for repair ready within 24 hours so you'll be back up and running in no time.
Engineer Steve is available Monday to Friday for your in-home or business needs. We also install small CCTV systems and can provide a quote free of charge after an initial assessment of your premises.
