Covid-19 Update: Lockdown 3

Due to Lichfield (and Staffordshire) moving to Tier 4 from 31/12/21 the National Lockdown we’re unfortunately going to have to close our shop door to the public for the time being. This is because we’re classed as a non-essential retail shop.

However during this time we’ll still be available for essential tech repairs via our phone number, social media channels and WhatsApp. Like previous lockdowns, if you’re needing a repair or other PC/laptop service, we can arrange a time slot for you to drop off or collect your tech from the store. Please be aware that there’s a £30+VAT Inspection Fee payable for all assessments, but we don’t charge this on top of any repair work that needs to be done – it’s to cover our time to inspect your tech.

You can also buy some of our stock from the online store, which can be delivered locally for a small fee by one of our helpful chaps, or collected from store (for free) by appointment only.

    Please advise if, at present, for folk buying a new pc from you, you are able to transfer the docs saved on my current pc?

      Hi Ian, yes we’re still operating the data transfer service – but it will require two appointments (one to drop off your old computer, the second to collect the completed order). Please make sure you add the Data Transfer add-on to your online order so that we know to arrange your drop-off once the new PC is ready. Thanks!
