June 15th Reopening Information

Hi everyone, we just wanted to confirm that unless the Government decides otherwise, we’ll be officially reopening on Monday 15th June.

The shop will be adhering to Social Distancing guidelines and observing a strict one-in-one-out policy inside. We ask that if you see a person inside the store, then please wait outside to the right-hand side of the door, keeping a 2m gap between you and other customers who may be waiting to enter.

When inside, please don’t be offended if our staff are wearing face coverings or gloves – this is for your safety and ours. Please feel free to use the available hand sanitiser as you enter or leave, it’s there for everyone.

If you bring a laptop or desktop computer in for repair or service, its external surfaces will be disinfected with a plastics-safe alcohol based solution before it is booked into the workshop. This process will be repeated once we complete the work on it and it is signed off.

Please don’t leave bags or other accessories with it – we just need the laptop (and power adapter) or desktop PC ‘box’.

If you’d like to book a home or business visit with our callout engineer Steve, this can be done in advance for his return to normal service from the 22nd of June. Get in touch by email, WhatsApp or social media to check availability and book your appointment.
