Grade A: Ex-display/tip-top condition. No obvious scratches or signs of wear. May include original box and accessories. Battery life considered ‘excellent’ and tested to a minimum of 3 hrs+
Grade B: Item has small signs of use, may have minor wear and tear. Battery life considered ‘normal’ and tested to a minimum of 2 hrs+
Grade C: Item will have minor wear to the lid and palm rest, and may have minor scratches/marks around the surface. Battery life may be considered ‘average’ and tested to a minimum of 1 hrs+
Please note that battery life is subjective, and therefore not guaranteed beyond our standard testing period of 2 hours use. If you require a new battery, these are considered consumable parts and can usually be replaced for a small extra charge.
