You may have heard, the free upgrade to Windows 11 starts on October 5. We’re ready to help with any upgrade queries or stumbles you may encounter – including whether your Laptop/PC or All-In-One is compatible with the new operating system.
Some people will be thankful that it’s an optional free upgrade at this point, with official support for Windows 10 continuing until at least 2025.
We’ll initially be giving customers buying new laptops from us the choice to keep Windows 10 on the stock we have in with the older version, or the option for us to upgrade the computer to Windows 11 for free before you take ownership.
